How do I know if my roof qualifies for Roof Maxx?
We evaluate its age, shingle condition, flexibility, granule loss, and any existing damage. Not every roof qualifies, which is why a roof assessment comes first.
Does Roof Maxx repair roof leaks?
Roof Maxx is a shingle rejuvenation treatment, not a leak sealant or substitute for roof repair. Existing leaks and defects should be diagnosed and repaired separately.
How long does a Roof Maxx treatment last?
Each treatment is designed to add five years to qualifying asphalt shingle roof life. With reinspection and repeat treatments at approximately five-year intervals, up to 15 additional years may be possible.
What happens if my roof isn't a candidate?
We'll explain the inspection findings and why the roof doesn't qualify. Depending on condition, maintenance, repairs, or replacement may make more sense.
